Cancellations: I am a sole trader and make every effort to ensure these workshops run on the date advertised. If I cannot run a workshop, I will offer a new date, credit for future workshops, or a full refund.
These workshops are deliberately small to ensure personalised support for all participants. As such, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind or scheduling double-ups. Ticket holders may transfer tickets to another party or hold in credit for a later workshop within three months. I will discuss cancellations due to illness and unavoidable circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
